New York-based artist Ronny Quevedo made several site visits to campus in preparation for his 2025 exhibition a l l s t a r s. He consulted with the pre-Hispanic Andean collection at Krannert Art Museum, observed the night sky from a telescope constructed in 1896, and shadowed Barry L. Houser, director of the 400-student member Marching Illini.
